//Gregory Crewdson: Brief Encounters
Today I want to share a documentary that’s on my re-watchlist. It’s named ‘Gregory Crewdson: Brief Encounters’ and for sure one of the most interesting documentaries about modern art photography. Gregory Crewdson is known for his surreal, cinematic tableaux of suburban American life that leave the viewer wondering what happened right before the picture was taken. Even though it’s clear to see that his images are very precise and well contructed, this movie really amazed me in terms of how much effort a photographer can put in one single frame.
