//TANGLE

Now Christmas is right behind us, the time to decorate as much as you can, from the Christmas tree to houses, interiors, gardens even yourself (think of the make-up and jewellery that are suddenly used and showed) I thought it would be nice to stay in this festive mood just a little bit longer. Therefore I’d like to show a design that seems to be somewhere in between light and jewellery. This is the Tangle, a pendant lamp designed by Flip Sellin and Claudia Pineda De Castro who together form Coordination Berlin. The light installation consists of three geometric shapes that have been made with great precision by hand from brass and two types of stone: marble and quartzite. LED lights were integrated in the designs whereby the shape and materials of the lamp becomes accentuated and creates a beautiful atmospheric lamp.
