//MONDAY MUSING

 Life has been quite hectic lately. I feel that I’m longing for a slower and simpler life. Maybe that is why lately I’m particularly drawn to the photography by Sheila Rock, who travelled to Tibet to capture the beautiful serenity of the Tibetan monasteries. The monks have been also very inspiring, sartorial wise. Lately I have been wearing a lot of black again; long, drapey and fluid. The main reason is a practical one, since I’m in the process of moving, most of my clothing are still packed away in boxes and I only took black items with me since it’s easier to combine them. Besides that I think it is also a visual reflection of a yearning towards simplicity. A retreat from all the eclectic chaos and an urge for slowness.
