//ALEX WEBB

Today it's my 100th blog for slash-zine. I would like to give some attention to street photographer Alex Webb. He is one of the street photographers who have had a strong impact on street photography. Alex Webb is a Magnum photographer who uses strong colors, light, and emotion to capture beautifully complex images.I totally fell in love with his work and his use of color. Depth is a strong element in the work of Alex Webb. In many of his photographs, they have a strong foreground, mid-ground, and background. The great thing about this is that it leads the viewer to invite yourself into the frame. You see what he sees. He often fills the frame with so many subjects that it almost feels too busy. However many of the subjects in his photographs don’t overlap. His most basic process as a photographer is to wander, allowing the camera and his experiences to lead him where they will. His photography at its purest is about response, about visual exploration, and about discovery.
