//FROM THE LOIRE TO THE COAST

It took us 4 days of roadtrippin that included 28 hours of driving, to get from The Netherlands to two different locations in France. Saint-Dye-sur-Loire was the first and most important stop: A little baby niece was born and needed to be hold, hugged, kissed and loved. Also, seeing her proud parents was hartwarming.

We walked down the Loire and watched the sunset turining pink, purple and orange. A boat was lying against the quay and brought me back to the film Chocolat with Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp, just a perfect silent day turning into night.

The next day, we drove through the country towards the sea on the west-coast of France. My other brother moved there last summer for a life-change and carreer switch: He used to live in the Amazonia of Brazil for thirteen years. Together with his Peruvian wife Lloreta and their child Caymi, they live in a lovely small house with a wonderful (shared) backyard where they plant their herbs and vegetables. Now, my brother Lionel is occupied with teaching Bio- agriculture to kids and finding new ways in developing agriculture.

From the Loire to the ocean; We walked from the house through the woods and suddenly the trees made place for sand, stones and sea. It was quit and calm, with no other people to be seen.

Enjoy the elements of nature, the spring flowers and the starting summer breeze.
