//CARLO SCARPA

As little as I know about architecture, so much do I know what I love about it. Maybe it’s the eye I’ve developed as a photographer or just a general idea of what my ideal world would look like, but I’m always interested in buildings and their designs. I discovered Carlo Scarpa’s work through an image which I liked as a photograph – but that’s mostly due to what he’s created. Scarpa’s work is enormously detailed and he uses a lot of graphic lines and elements and these unexpected shapes and materials make his constructions very unique and appealing in a modern yet timeless way.
