Florent Tanet is a young photographer from Paris. In his work he mixes his obsessions for still life, minimalism and color.

Beginning of 2013 he made a series “A colorful winter” for luxury department store Le Bon Marché in Paris. Fruits and vegetables are beautifully arranged and photographed by Tanet for this series.

I would like to call them organized fruits and veggies. Tanet made clever arrangements of common fruits and vegetables against pastel backdrops. He enjoys playing with food, these photos are the result of game time gourmet. Each ingredient is manipulated and reconstructed. Arranged into color, size, and shape. Eventually we do not see carrots, oranges, apples and bananas but sculptures or patterns in a graphic and rhythmic way.
