Thomas Lohr is a fashion, portrait and still-life photographer. His work has been featured in internationally-recognised publications like Vogue, i-D and Interview, and his solid portfolio includes fashion’s biggest names, from Dior to Hermès, Lanvin to Kenzo. But despite his busy work schedule, Lohr still manages to find time for personal projects. His latest project is the beautiful series “Birds”, published as a book. Printed on Japanese paper and bound in a white, velvety cover, the book invites us to reflect on the close up images of the beauty of feathers and plumage. Lohr's masterfully pictures providing an artful and enigmatic study.
