//SHAPING COLOUR

In the project called Shaping Colour designer Germans Ermics, who was born in Latvian and is based in Amsterdam, investigates and experiments with the materials glass and mirror and sees what can happen when these materials are combined in different ways with colour. Ermics considered colour as something tangible and investigated what happens when a colour is for example ‘folded’. His new interpretations of the materials he worked with and his refreshing view on colour resulted in a series of objects. Although it is not exactly clear what their useful function is, the project resulted in mysterious yet appealing bright objects that are a welcome addition to my interior.
