As we studied styling, we would say our inspiration mostly derives from fashion combined with cultural studies and identity. It’s interesting how the ‘radical’ individual is trying to stand out, regarding the way of dressing, in search of his/her own identity and ends up being part of a social group.
As inspiration for our way of dressing now has become quite easy to find, due to social media such as Tumblr, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram, Spooky Black is still quite the inspirational figure with his doo-rag and vaseline shirt.
