 GREETINGS FROM TURKEY

With greetings from the rather remote town Daylan in Turkey, situated along a nature reserve abounded in rivers and mountains, I share with you what inspires me here the most: calm Oleander flowers everywhere during this blossoming time of the year May, smelling like coconut; and the respectable hellenistic rock tombs of the ancient town Kaunos just across the other side of the Daylan Çayı river, carved in stone between the 4th and 2nd century BC. Impressive view from the boat, that brings us to Iiztuzu Beach, a breeding ground of the endangered loggerhead sea turtles.
